Then every step of the manufacturing process is closely monitored to ensure that AMASTEEL products consistently meet and exceed the highest quality standards.
On-Site Labs
To assist with monitoring the manufacturing process, each Ervin production facility has on-site laboratories running various tests on products as they proceed through manufacturing.
Along with assessing the quality and consistency of the Ervin products, our labs also perform testing to benchmark our product vs. other manufacturers’ products.
At the same time, we encourage our customers to conduct their own on-site audits and tour our manufacturing plants to observe our quality methods and capabilities.
AMS Specification Shot
Because of our controlled processes, Ervin Industries is one of the few manufacturers worldwide capable of producing cast steel shot that can be used for shot peening.
There are very stringent specifications for peening shot to ensure repeatable, consistent, and accurate results on critical components, especially in aerospace, automotive and military applications.
